At Aghosh UK, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. However, we understand that errors can occur. According to charity law, donations made to charities are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances. Nevertheless, in cases where an error or oversight necessitates a refund, we have implemented a 28-day refund policy, starting from the date of your donation. Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment initially used for the donation. Please note that cash donations are not eligible for refunds. To qualify for a refund, we will require the return of the original receipt.
